If your bill comes directly from your insurance provider, here is some information to help you. Of course you are always welcome—and encouraged—to call us if you need assistance with your bill or any other aspect of your insurance.

Donegal
Donegal has several easy and convenient ways to pay your bill.
You can choose from any of the following:

• Online –go to www.donegalgroup.com and pay with VISA, MasterCard or a checking account.
• Quick Pay –call 1-800-877-0600 x 8100 and pay directly from a checking or savings account.
• Mailed payments – send your payment to Donegal with the envelope and stub provided in your bill.

Harleysville
Harleysville has several easy and convenient ways to pay your bill.
You can choose from any of the following:

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – have your bill automatically deducted from your checking account. We will help you set this up; please call your customer service representative for details.
• If you forget to pay your bill and have received a cancellation notice – you can call in to make payment by credit card using VISA or MasterCard, up to $2,500.
• Mailed payments – send your payment to Harleysville with the envelope and stub provided in your bill.

Hartford
Hartford has several easy and convenient ways to pay your bill.
You can choose from any of the following:

• “On Request” Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – withdrawal from your bank account by calling 1-866-467-8730
• “On Request” Credit Card Charge – charge to your credit card by calling 1-866-467-8730
• “Repetitive EFT” Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – set up a repeating withdrawal from your bank account by calling 1-866-467-8730
• Mailed Payments – pay by check mailed with the envelope and stub provided in your bill.

Ohio
Ohio Casualty has two convenient options of payment.
You may choose from the following.

• Pay by phone - you can use your checking account to pay by phone. Dial 1-866-223-9928 and follow the prompts
• Mailed Payments - send your payment to Ohio Casualty with an envelope and stubb provided with your bill to:

• Pay by phone - you can use your checking or credit card account to pay by phone. Dial 1-800-876-5581 and follow the prompts.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Progressive will electronically deduct payment from a bank account on the due date. Enroll online at www.drive.com or contact your insurance professional at J. Edward Cochran and Company at 1-301-739-6400.
• Pay Online - pay online using a checking acount or credit card by registering at www.drive.com
• Mailed Payments - send your payment to Progressive with an envelope and stubb provided with your bil to:

• SelectPay – this service can be customized to automatically pay your bill from your checking account or you can initiate payment. Internet access is needed for this option. Go to www.selective.com and click on “Pay My Bill.”
• Pay by Phone – call 1-888-974-7400 to make a payment over the phone.
• Mailed payments – send your payment with the envelope and stub provided in your bill.

Travelers
Travelers has several easy and convenient ways to pay your bill.
You can choose from any of the following:

• EPAY – you can register online to either make a single payment or sign up for automatic recurring payment (EFT) by going to www.travelers.com and clicking on “enroll now.”
• Pay by phone – you can use your checking account to pay by phone. Dial 1-800-252-2268 and press 1. You will need your billing account number which you will find on your billing statement.
• Mailed payments – send your payment to Travelers with the envelope and stub provided in your bill.
• New! Electronic Payments - log on to www.travelersepay.com. If you are new to online billing, please click enroll now. If you currently have a user ID and password, please click the "Returning E-Pay Customer" link.
  

Utica
Utica has several easy and convenient ways to pay your bill.
You can choose from any of the following:

• Automated Voice Response Inquiry – call 1-800-598-8422 and follow the prompts. You will need your policy number or account number (you can find them on your bill.)
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)– have your bill automatically deducted from your checking account. We will help you set this up; please call your customer service representative for details.
• Mailed payments – send your payment to Utica with the envelope and stub provided in your bill.
